SERVICE IMPAIRMENT RESOLVED!
AlarmAgent experienced a service impairment estimated to have started around 09/26/24 2am PDT was resolved about 1:30PM. Many units in the field were unable to send data packets to the AlarmAgent server. This problem has been resolved and your unit(s) have connected and sent the buffered/saved data to our database. The issue was most likely a routing error created after our service provider performed scheduled system maintenance. We are currently waiting for a more detailed explaintion from their engineers. We will share that information when it becomes available. We appolgize for the watchdog alarms and want you to know we will be working with our service provider to find ways to identify these issues sooner in order to determine a resolution as quickly as possible.Should you have any questions regarding this incident, please do not hesitate to contact Kendall @ 510-594-4229 or Julie @ 510-594-4220.
